Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with TB Custom Creations LLC!

We take great pride in every item we create. Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we have the following return policy in place:

Ready-to-Ship Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, sublimated, hand-dyed, or laser-engraved items unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@tbcustomcreationsllc.com with your order number and photos of the item.
